WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply).
GBZApparel.com doesn’t ship internationally.
GBZApparel.com does ship to PO Boxes and US Territories however orders ship to these location will ship standard through the US Postal Service, so please allow up to an additional 2 weeks of transit time.
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING
If your qualified order totals $50 or more, you’ll automatically receive free standard shipping and $100 or more 3 (business) days shipping.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email.
GBZ Custom orders can take 4-6 weeks and expedited shipping options aren’t available.
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
You can check your order status anytime after it’s placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. cancel your GBZApparel.com order and place it again. Please call us if you’re unable to cancel your order.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
